i’m 16 years old and I will be flying with my uncle tomorow from new york to maimi,> do I also need an “Id” at the airport?

You are supposed to have an ID on you at all times. I personally woulnd’t travel without it. In the instance that you were checked by law enforcement and didn’t have an ID, it could raise suspicion. If you’re planning on flying, then yes, you MUST have an ID. You can obtain an ID at your local Department of Motor Vehicles. They cost about $10. Call them to see what all you need to bring with you. Usually a birth cerificate and social security card. You get it the same day, so there’s no waiting.
Yes, absolutely. If you do not have a drivers license, bring a school picture ID and a birth certificate. I would also recommend a letter from your parents or guardian stating that it is ok for you to be traveling with your uncle. You may not need it but better to be safe than sorry.
