We are planning a trip to New York City this summer with our 4 month old daughter. We backpacked all over Europe and are open to that type of travel. She is a very flexible baby and sleeps well anywhere. I am not really wondering so much about how to travel with her as I am looking for information on the various sights/attractions. Are there places that do not allow infants. Example: I would love to see a Broadway show, but I presume that they do not allow young children. I was just wondering if anyone else has done this and if you have any advice on places that may not be easily visited before I buy tickets, etc.

I plan to travel to New York USA together with my wife and my little son. But budget is a concern and hoping you guys can help share this knowledge or any airline which is affordable or least expensive to travel?

I have not seen anything besides news reports and a few restaurants that are complying. Is there a comprehensive list available?

I am going to New York for 2 weeks for vacation.
Can any one tell me what can I do there? Im planing a car trip. I need to know about some historic places and other fun things.

We want to get away for a short 4 day vacation in July. We live in western New York, so we have seen Niagara Falls. Not interested in the Adirondack’s (been there too). Anybody know of a really great place to spend a few days that has stuff to do and nice accomodations that arent over the top expensive. Would apprecidate any ideas….

Going to New York next month and would really like to check out the sushi restaurant featured in a episode of Bizarre Food’s with Andrew Zimmern. I can’t find it on the show’s website. Help, thanks!

I am looking for a great sushi restaurant in New York City. Preferably on the upper east side.

Hi,

I’m going to New York next week and wanted to try the buffet at The View restaurant in the Marriott on Times Square (the revolving one) but I’m really picky about food and don’t really eat a huge variety of things. I’m wondering if anyone can tell me what kind of things are served at the buffet and if it’s any good.

Thanks!

I am planning a family trip (April or May) to NY that will include watching MLB games at both Shea and Yankee Stadium, visiting Central Park, World trade Center, etc. All of this will be packed into a 4 day trip. We are hoping to keep the prices reasonable. We have never been to New York, nor have we ever visited.

I could use some help on the following:
> Where to stay?
> What sites to see?
> Preferred methods of travel between sites?

Thanks in advance for your efforts.
