Best places in New York to shop?

Hello everyone! I’m flying out to New York for New Year’s Eve with my fiance. It will be our first trip to the east coast so I wanted some advice about New York city life. We’re staying a couple of miles away from Times Square in Manhattan.
I just wanted to know the best recommended places to go shopping and dining. It doesn’t have to be specific names. Just the general areas of where to go. Any advice would be wonderful.

Where to Meet Singles in New York

If you are in New York and you are single and would like to meet with New York singles you can go to various spots in the state. You can go to the night clubs, pubs, church or any social event that takes place in the area. You can also take a cruise around New York. There are various New York City Harbor Cruises. They have dinner cruises and sunset cruises. While you are taking one of the cruises, you might even be lucky and see the statue of liberty. There are tours for seventy five minutes while others can take as much as three hours. In this period of time, you might meet with someone special. After all it is said it only takes a minute for one to know if they can be compatible with someone or not. There is the New York Waterway cruise that you can take.
The night clubs, pubs and bars are also great for meeting with singles in New York. New York has night clubs like Lotus where you have to make reservations first before going there. It has a nice dance floor so you are sure to do a lot of dancing it is one great way of meeting with someone. Meet on the dance floor and make friends. There is the Cielo and Marquee that you can also go to. You can also go to La Belle Epoque. This place has a lot of Latin music dance events. You can also go to the jazz clubs that are famous and meet with New York singles. Most people go to Jazz nights in New York and while in this event you might find yourself someone special.
You can also go to the beach to meet with New York singles. New York has beaches like Brington beach that has great restaurants. After you get someone talking to you, you can ask him or her if you can go grab something to eat. Take advantage of this if they accept to go and eat with you and be good spot in terms of company. You can also go to Main beach which most celebrities frequent. The life guards who are in this beach are great looking and if you are a lady and you are looking for some hot guys this is the place to go. There is also the centreport beach and Coney beach that you can go to.

They have singles clubs and groups like George Benard’s Private Parties which has parties for singles who are between the ages of 28 and 49 every after two weeks. You can also go to parties and evens that are hosted by Real Live People party. This group allows the participant to be interactive in a comfortable way. You can also go one of the Lock and Key activities and when you try to match your key to the lock you get to talk to a many people and expand your chances of meeting with great singles.

Good attractions in New York?

I live in California and I am planning on going to New York over Thanksgiving holiday. I am a teenager and I’m going with my sis who is about 20 yrs old.
I would really appreciate it if you told me all the places I can visit like Broadway, best hotels, art museums, SHOPPING(I LOVEEE), and sample sales(how to go there and where).

im in manhatten on holiday and my friend has begged me to get hersheys peanut butter kisses………i cant find them!!!!! i tried the hersheys/reeses store in times square but they dont have these type.
please…does any one know where i can get these chocolates. i will go any where in manhatten/brooklyn. if they are in a store or supermarket please let me know asap
