I heard this today on the local radio station. One of the guys from the station said that new Yankee Stadium’s interior is so much better than Citi Field’s interior. Mets just get no love in New York, lol.

   Ive seen both from the outside and yankee looks a little better but not THAT much….i havent seen the inside though

   They will both be very nice stadiums but based on cost, i would not doubt that $1.3 billion produces a nicer stadium.

   The new Yankee Stadium is going to be all limestone and granite with 4-star restaurants and shops. Also it is 65% LARGER than the current stadium, so there is plenty of room for additional features, etc. OF COURSE it is, it isn’t $1.3 Billion for nothing.

   Actually, you’re not allowed to sleep overnight at either stadium. Believe me - I’ve tried.
